Imagine waking up every morning feeling as though you can take on the world. Well, with hypnotherapy, this can be achieved.

My interest in psychology stems from my upbringing, unfortunately my mother suffered from mental illness and eventually, was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. This led me to become very interested in personality development and sparked a thirst for understanding the human mind.

In 2007 I trained as a hypnotherapist and I continually expand my knowledge and professional development in this area. In addition to my qualifications, I have been to the “University of Life” as a daughter, wife, mother and a woman! I believe that having empathy is extremely important, there is no greater reward than helping others become the best they can be.
